This person was not really harmed by these people, she is on the news claiming to feel used by this law firm who sought her out. This is a bad business model that some lawyers are using all over the country . Any business could have something wrong with them at any time. A court is not needed for every infraction as most people are honest. I think the courts should be used for the worst offenders as we as tax payers need our money to be spent on real problems not on the shake down artists that are out there.

This is a good example of why passing a LAW to right every wrong is like swatting flies with a sledgehammer. The flies escape. The collateral damage is considerable. Of course, if everyone observed the Golden Rule, all lawyers would starve!
