Why not fund public visitations to this barren patch of desert the same way the rocket museum at WSMR is?

Charging to experience either one (which they are currently not) is a great way to slowly, very slowly divert public interest away from the current administration's denial of American influence and power and history.

Obama's influence (once was very direct and overt) has now turned slow, deliberate, and covert. Like a lunar or solar eclipse, slowly but absolutely sure and steady.

This is another example in plain daylight.

My business has been a bit slow the last few months. I will blame the Obama administration as oppose to the real elements that drive business.
You people just love to point the finger at the Obama administration everytime something goes wrong. Why dont you find something productive to do with your time..........

The whining about having to pay for government employees wages and the general expense of running the Trinity tours IS what they consider "productive".
Why should anybody be let in for free? Stop tagging must be some kind of Socialist, wanting stuff for free.

you are both wrong.

Consider me a practical conspiracy theorist, but if
the leftist democratic machine could garner green votes off of stepping on the necks of the wastful government machine,...

...They'd be chartering 150 buses a day to that
glazed patch of sand in the middle of no where. Go team.

"Nuclear" is a rather sensitive word these days. Opportunists make hay while the sun shines.

It's the governments fault they have to escort interested people from around the globe to see
essentially nothing but a plaque on a rock for a photo op.
They do it twice a year not every day.

It costs less to escort hundreds of yearly tourists out there for "free" than waffles and fried chicken for two on Air Force One.

Go ahead, throw capitalism at me. Obama really isn't a flipping cheerleader....he's an unrecognized hero in his own mind.

Kinda like saying Bomb on an airplane right Tagger?
creating panic and exaggerating current events is how republicans get ignorant voters to vote their way. examples
1- unemployement is goine up, blame obame (When employment started goint up after Obamas stimulus plan Republicans moved on)
2- Democrats should have passed a budget last year so now we must make it impossible for them to be productive ( even if it includes not paying government employees if government shuts down) Republicans tried to exploit this situation with a government shutdown to close projects that they did not agree with.(Obama administration did not play ball and not only kept government open but shed some light on some government spending that is a waste of money)
3- Obama has started another war in Libya and it is going to cost us millions was a Repubican outcry for a while (Obama not only saved thousands of innocent lives by acting quickly but he also managed to have NATO take over the greater burden of operations in libya (great work Obama). Republicans seemed to have been more hurt because Obama bypassed asking for their opinion first before acting than they were about innocent lives being lost. Once Things settled they slowly slipped into the background.
So you see my friend, bottom line is that this administration is tackling the issues that are affecting us most and they are doing it while Republicans do all in their power to slow them down. I think that we need to see what is going on and vote Republicans out of office next election because they seem to be part of the problem and not the solution.
The only thing the Republicans show is how desperate they are and how far they will go to try and get what they want.

I agree with your last sentence. And that is why the
Republicans and Tea Party enthusiasts will SWEEP the next
national election. sweep.

Not to mention the way he handled Gulf oil spill, he made sure BP was held accountable for their mistake and has taken measures to keep this from happening again. Bush and Katrina = National disaster that dragged on for years.
