Guess you failed to read that the shop was selling illegal substances that had sent school aged children to the hospital?

Guess you failed to read that no charges where filed and that OCNEU agents witnessed the sales of these items while they were still being legally sold.

You must be 18 to purchase said subtances (before Nov. 27) and NEU witnessed high school students going in and making purchases.

Phat Glass encountered similar conservative, redneck prohibition issues at the Las Cruces shop. Those kids survived and prospered and came back from an attempted shutdown years ago in LC. They kicked the "law's" ass with their Constitutional rights and proved themselves to be pretty savy young businessmen.

Quit kidding yourselves!

This issue is NOT about synthetic cannabanoids OR the "safety" of the community or it's children.

This is all about Alamogordo being about 40 years behind the rest of the country and the movers and shakers of the community actually LIKING it that way!

GOD FORBID Alamo should have a decent head shop for people to purchase their (ahem....questionable) smoking paraphenalia!

Get used to it! That's the way the REST of the country rolls these days and this shop WILL survive!

When a clerk at Walgreen's, or Lowe's, or Junk-Mart screws up and sells something to someone they shouldn't have they get a fine and the business receives some kind of temporary sanction.

Why should this business be any different?
