Not an english major.
Acutally decided to pick a usefull degree like Engineering.
We have a PhD english professor that writes in the Las Cruces Sun News and shows his lack of reason and knowledge every time he does.
But his grammer and spelling are correct!!!!
I just test rocket propulsion systems for a living.
I agree 100 percent. Great grammer/spelling skills do not equate to intelligence. Then again, being a tester hardly spews intelligence (regardless of whether you are testing rocket motors or kids toys). Knowledge and reason are all relative. What's reasonable to you may be unreasonable to me or that PhD that writes for the paper. Knowledge, well, we can argue a lifetime about what knowledge is. People mistake going to college and getting a degree for knowledge. It can be part of knowing, but is a tiny little piece. Chances are that if you are working in a technical field down here, you are not a rocket scientist. Doesn't is suck when people aren't nice?

This is just the realization of the Progressive
Libtard dumb as crap state coming into it's own.

Get ready for taxes and fees like you have never seen before.

Eh, Obamacare has already killed my plans to continue my medical treatments. Our out-of-pocket co-insurance limit doubled and, most importantly, the limit reduction for our Flexible Spending Account (Cafeteria Plan) from $6,000 to $2,500, redardless of number of dependents, has put us in the position of, yes, we can barely afford the insurance but we can't afford to use it! The $2,500 barely covers our prescriptions and check-up co-pays.

Oh well, I guess the "grand scheme" is to reduce medical costs by making it impossible for people to seek medical treatment......Yeah, brilliant!

One fact that typically stands is simply throwing money at things never solves the problem and when people have no skin in the game thing will not work.

Even though I have a degree I started working for my dad's business at 10 years old and never stopped work. My dad did not have a college degree but is one of the smartest men I know as he built and ran many businesses through the years and never did it with hand outs.

Having said that I believe one thing that does make our country great is the fact people can have different opinions and speak them. Many on both sides (hard core conservatives and hard core liberals) believe that if you disagree with them them you do not love the US (Conservative view) or you are a racist/sexist (liberal view). The real place we need to be is in the middle. The path the US is going down will be our downfall if many do not figure this one out.

As a side bar I do not design the rocket motors but I do design the systems that support them and test them. That is not an easy task in itself. I also help the customers resolve problems with their systems and motors. One of many different things I have done in my lifetime of work.

Obamacare will prove to be the disaster of this decade, more likely of the century. Every day more slight of hand details are popping up costing the public more and more and more. Thank you DEPENDENCY party! You fooled the masses and bought their votes with promises you knew you could never keep, and screwed us all in the meantime.

No cliches or BS - time will prove it, in spite of what you and the other obvious uninformed people say. HE fooled you and you are too stubborn and arrogant to admit it. Sadly the fall out from Obamacare will take a lot longer to repair than it took to screw everyone, and that is a millstone around the necks of as yet unborn generations.

The only good thing to come from the Obamacare fiasco is that it will serve as a bad example and a lesson in stupidity.

Friend with benefits! No thanks ObamaCare!

Small business will certainly figure it out
for themselves.

Probably with layoffs, cutting employee's hours, or even worse shutting down their company.

We had over 300,000 small businesses go bankrupt during Obama's first four years. Let's see how many end up closing shop during his second term.

Or, gasp, raise the prices for their products and/or services. Oh, how capitalist that all sounds, LOL.

That certainly is a viable option, however, in today's economy
I think business owners have to look for more volume and smaller margins in order to survive against the bigger Wall St. entities.
