I would like Pearce to explain how tax cuts increase jobs when the tax rate is at it's lowest in decades and unemployment is highest in decades. Taxes were much higher during the Clinton administration, and unemployment was under 4%. Pearce, your reasoning behind tax cuts for your rich corporate backers is extremely flawed, and, dare I say it...a big fat lie!

The TARP bailouts prevented an economic catastrophe, a majority of the money has been or is being paid back, and while the program lacked the proper oversight from the Bush administration, was none the less a SMART vote for congressmen with BRAINS...but no nads. 1. I don't know that she is mentally ill at all. For all I, you, or anyone else knows she was high. If she IS mentally ill, I'm glad she wasn't shot and killed, but also, if she is THAT mentally ill that she would pull out a knife and do and say such things, perhaps all sharps need to be removed from the house, and she would definitely need to be evaluated. Additionally, someone THAT mentally ill, it seems to me, would need some type of staffing, and it would more than likely be the case that this wasn't the FIRST time the woman has displayed these types of tendencies, which brings to mind many other questions, all of which I don't have the answers for, most notably though, if she IS mentally ill, why are these children with her and subject to seeing such things? Where is the rest of her family? Where is THEIR compassion, why haven't YOU helped this woman if you know something we don't? OR, maybe you have...again...all questions I DO NOT have the answers for.
2. Of course I have compassion. I am thrilled she was not shot, and was not killed, and am sorry she was bitten, but hey, she had a knife. I am also human and would be curious to see the video of the dog attacking. I'm sure it will be used at some point for some type of training video, perhaps, IF it even exists. It was a question and should in no way be associated with me, or anyone else for that matter, not caring.
3. I have said NOTHING horrible about this Jennifer Jones woman, unless you consider, "Hey..she looks familiar.." horrible, or equate a dog disarming an individual with a knife, and wondering if video exists "horrible."
4. To compare this to someone getting their water shut off...pretty much makes absolutely no sense. I now find myself wondering if this allegedly mentally ill woman gets the state assistance, compassion, or compassion and assistance that many were unwilling to give Roberta, who did NOT pull out a knife and make threatening gestures, remarks or imply killing, and who did not have police called on her, or have a K9 released upon her for brandishing a weapon while subjecting her children to questionable at least, and violent at best, behavior.
5. Please do not attack or come at me, for asking viable, sensible, legitimate questions. It is NOT my intent to make fun of this woman, and if she is a friend of yours or something of that nature, I am sorry you, her, her children, the police, and all others who may be involved had to go through this. I STILL am curious if there is video, but it's not like they would publicly release something like that anyway, IF it even exists.
It's real easy to attack someone who questions things...Clearly this woman has issues, or at least, had issues that night. We've all had issues. We can all relate on one level, but at the same time we cannot all relate on the level required to reach, in having to have a K9 unit unleashed upon us.
Also George, if you read the comment I was responding to, that person said she should have been shot, and I disagree. Tazed if need be, oh yeah, I agree with... Which is why I brought it up.
