you're just jealous of somebody making 4 times the money you have ever made in your life time. Maybe if you appled yourself you could be something in this life also..

you don't have much to say, or make much sense when you do.
Since you don't know me or any of the posters you choose to banter with, You haven't a clue of WHAT I'm worth.
Let's just say that IF I chose to DONATE the funds to hire a qualified, educated person for Village Manager for four years, It is only a portion of what I pay the president to golf as many times as he chooses. It drives my banker and financial adviser crazy!
If you didn't spend as much time blogging, maybe you could apply that time to educate yourself. At least learn how to spell.

Oh My God! Do YOU really believe that this woman is the only one in the world to make a $100,000 a year?. There are many people that live in NM that made their fortunes elsewhere, and now live or have second homes in NM including many women.

Some of the retiree's have pensions higher than DL's salary. So since she pays YOU $8.00 an hour to defend her you just go right ahead and keep doing it.

As for myself I will not respond to anymore of your fastidious posts. I hope You can do somthing better with your life.
Please

What are you smoking or drinking or shooting up?
Your eyesight is going bad.
I'm not the person that said they weren't going to respond to you any more. The other person is at least a 1,ooo miles away!
I guess that still leaves you at $8.00 an hour just as they said.( I think that's being generous )And an idiot as well as a goofball.
Your descriptions, not ours!

8 dollars is 5 dollars more an hour than an idiot like you could ever earn. Now go away!

Why all this talk about money and comparison of salaries? Is a person who has an education but a low salary somebody who has not made something of his life?

What are you doing with your life, Speedo?

Besides criticizing "fastidious posts," whatever those are (perhaps you meant facetious)?

Counting your retirement fortune instead of reading books? What a fine life you have.

Ask your buddy from Alamogordo, It seems to be their broken record.
Like I could give a gnat's arce WHAT the village manager makes, as long as they are qualified and care for the taxpayers needs.
This one doesn't fit either of my standards, in my opinion.
But your Alamo buddy seems to be obsessed by the chunk of money DL gets. My question to both of you,(if I could get a straight answer) Are the percentage in TAXES that go for DL's salary OUT of you pocket really really worth having her another year?
Hopefully I'll get an honest, straight answer this time, instead of sarcastic or offensive BS.

she deserves a raise. Twice her salary still wouldn't be enough to put up with idiots like you. The bottom line is she ain't going anywhere. Get used to her moaner, she is here util SHE chooses to leave and there is nothing you can do about it except whine as usual..

The state completes it's investigation on this water plant issue.
She won't have a choice, her "friend" won't be able to help her unless SHE wants to lose HER state job.
BTW, I don't work for her, never have and thank God I truly have the means that I never will. My concerns are the Village residents who have been betrayed and taken advantage of by DEBRA LYNN LEE, Mayor Alborn and the entire Council!
Maybe the citizens and taxpayers of Ruidoso will wake up NOW and start looking for some decent, honest people who will look out for them, Really serve the citizens instead of themselves!
Maybe

I second all of the above.

You asked if my taxes spent on Ruidoso are worth it to me. Sure. Without my tax money I wouldn't have anything but a cabin without utilities in an area without any businesses that support my need for groceries, clothing, tools, medications or gas to get out of town to big city advantages, like an airport or a major hospital. I know a fraction of my taxes pay salaries of people who are not the brightest and best, but without them, including a City Manager, we'd have nothing. Without somebody willing to be in charge we'd have nothing. The grumpy folks wish they didn't pay any taxes at all. Moralizing about part of their tax money paying the salary of somebody they don't like is just an excuse to gripe some more.

I do not care about any of the rest of the gossip and speculation about the Village employees. Every single one of them, unless he or she is not showing up to do any work at all, is better than nobody at all at a desk.

silly. If nobody was at a desk nothing would ever get done. Stop your whining, stop being part of the problem and be part of the solution. Too tuff for you isn't it?
