Illegal Aliens Getting Away With Mayhem and Murder

Any person who is ignorant enough to believe that illegal aliens "are just trying to have a better life for their families" or "they have a right to seek a better life", or "they don't apply for or use anything they are not really entitled to in this country so they don't hurt anyone" needs to take a trip to Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California and ask the LEGAL American citizens how those asinine platitudes are working out for them.

Pastor John Schrock and Family,
I am so sorry that this has happened to your church and your family. I am just as devestated as you are, as this is the church where I accepted the Lord, where I was married 28 years ago and where my children were all baptised. There are many of us that have great memories of the building and especially the relationships that were built there. A building can be taken away, but the memories will remain.
I remember when your parents passed away, there was a celebration to usher them into heaven. Now is another time to celebrate, knowing that God didn't do this, as some people might think, but He will have the victory in the end.
Don't let the print error in today's article get you down. There will always be negative people that will see something like that and make a big deal of it, but you've already overcome more than they can ever throw at you. Be strong in the Lord.
Pastor Schrock and Family,
Remember when someone broke into the church and stole all of the sound equipment? God convicted them and they brought it back. I remember the positive attitude that was shown before they brought it back and the forgiveness you showed towards them. We need to remember to forgive and love whoever did this. It could be a changing point in his or her life.

VERSE I:
This is my prayer in the desert
When all that's within me feels dry
This is my prayer in my hunger and need
My God is the God who provides
VERSE II:
This is my prayer in the fire
In weakness or trial or pain
There is a faith proved
Of more worth than gold
So refine me Lord through the flame
CHORUS:
I will bring praise I will bring praise
No weapon formed against me shall remain
I will rejoice I will declare
God is my victory and He is here
VERSE III:
This is my prayer in the battle
When triumph is still on its way
I am a conqueror and co-heir with Christ
So firm on His promise I'll stand
BRIDGE:
All of my life
In every season
You are still God
I have a reason to sing
I have a reason to worship

People are going to judge ones beliefs no matter what but Daily Times you need to fix your mistake about the misleading flag statement, try talking to the Pastor. Your statement has given the wrong image of The Lighthouse Church!

Why was there no mention of the event held at the church the night before? Lots of food, music and dancing- Oh wait, that may lead one to believe that the fire may have been caused by an oversight or accident.
I'm sure more money can be raised to rebuild if it is made to look like a heinous act of arson made victims of the congregation.

I went to this church as a child and as an adult and I am saddened to hear the news. I was reading the article on the website and I read there was an islamic flag? There is no islamic flags in the church, they had christian and jewish flags in the church. That would not make sense to put an islamic flag in a christian church. I think the reporter did not know what he was talking about. I will miss that church dearly, I had lots of great memories there and the pastor and his wife are the sweetest people you could meet. Hopefully, they will rebuild it.

Daily Times you need to correct your mistake! The flag is NOT Islamic! The Lighthouse Church is a Christian fellowship!

So I Googled "Messianic", turns out it's a Jewish thing, NOT the Islamic bullsh*t everyone hates and fears, which means to the people who did it, Jesus hates you now. Hope you're happy, ignorant fools. LOL

I believe this happened because of devil-music! Look up the church burnings in Norway! It all happened because of BLACK METAL music that inspired its listeners and fans to rebel against the church and religion, itself!!

I have been trying to locate John and Nina. We were the very first members of the very first Lighthouse church when it was only the A building. John and Dave were in the Air Force together and we followed you and John and Nina to begin the little church. I recall meeting at church on sunday and you were paster your brother was there his wife who passed away was there your wife who had long long dark hair was there I am sorry I forgot her name but we went to your house in Phoenix before moving to Farmington.Of course John and Nina and then just us and all of our kiddos that was it no other people. I am going to trying to call you all and see if I can find where in the world is Nina or John and how are the children . Whom I know by now are all grown up Christina and their son I gorgot John drove that limegreen duster until he said the wheels fell off.ha. It was a three speed with a six cycle engine. Iremeber one Christmas Nina decided that having ahristmas tree was not right so she coverd a wooden cross and wrapped lights around it and called it christmas. When John and Nina moved out of the little house they lived in ,we moved into to it. John and Nina moved to low income apts in Phoeniz before finally moving to Farmington, then attending First Baptist for awhile then starting the lighthouse. I remeber how the lighthouse was named. Wow,
