You talking about the one to fourchon.
That is the dumbest system ever devised. Instead of other states where you drive by and they send a bill for $1 to your hiuse. Here they build a building hire employees cause the victim to have to stop or go online to pay.
Charging a toll will end up costing more than they collect on the toll. And on top of that you want obama to give you more money. Heres a news flash from the rest of the country we gave enough.
Watch the news you see those tornado victims working to put there lives back together a far cry from the sit on your duff with your hand out can you spare a dime brother policy new orleans deployed in katrina. Pay for your own bridge.
