I was checking out Franklinville and I keep coming across graffiti that says "Black Haloz".

In fact there is some old building by the rail road tracks that has the "Black Haloz" stuff written all over it. It seems to be a hang out?

What is that old building anyways?

And what are the "Black Haloz"? Are they some kids? Are they a meth gang? Are they a secret satanic cabal? Are they republicans? Do they like long walks on the beach? piņa coladas?
