A Hot Springs man accused of killing his former girlfriend in July will undergo a psychological evaluation before his trial, according to The Associated Press.

what they need to do with this man is execute him...Who cares if is crazy...He murdered a woman. Her first grandchild was just born and she had a long life ahead of her...And you know some of those damn officials from hot springs should be tried for assesery to murder to...they knew he intended to kill her and did nothing about it...they knew she was scared for her life and that he had broke his parol and they turned a blind eye

I think that he should be tortured to death for killing julie. She was a good person and didn't deserve to be hurt for anything. Everyone who knows julie knows that she does not deserve that kind of treatment.

Psychological Evaluation? Come on now... Even if he is crazy he still killed my step-mother and he needs to pay for what he did. She didn't get a chance now did she? So why give him a chance. The A** Hole needs to and deserves to die. He is a murderer and ruined so many people's lives. Did he think about that? Hell no. He did what would make him happy. Left my step siblings without a mother, and her grandchildren without a grandmother, sisters without a sister, mother without a daughter and much much more. Don't show him pity. I agree that she didnt deserve this. Ive known Julie for almost all my life she is a great lady and I miss her dearly!
