"Risky" for whom?Am I the only one that thinks there are more factors entering into a student's standardized test scores than what the teacher is doing or not doing? Especially at the high school level.
To attach anyone's salary to something that someone else does, a child (or TEENAGER) no less, seems a very risky proposition to me.
QCSD teachers are alreasy receiving a bonus if the average combined scores of all classes across all grade levels reach a minimum level. This QCSD bonus system already attaches all teacher's salary bonuses to something that other teachers do.
