Johnson, 41, of Sullivan Street in Elmira, was charged May 10 with driving while intoxicated and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after an accident on Sullivan Street. *James B. Brock, 25, of Winsor Avenue, was charged May 10 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on West Water Street. *Stephen Campbell, 41, of Cottage Place in Elmira, was charged May 10 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on North Main Street. *Edward R. Mitchell, 24, of West Gray Street in Elmira, was arrested May 11 on a warrant charging him with second-degree possession of a forged instrument. *Kenneth C. Groves Jr., 26, of Elmira, was charged May 11 with second-degree aggravated harassment. *James O. Best, 36, of West Hudson Street in Elmira, was charged May 13 with driving while intoxicated and multiple vehicle and traffic violations after several accidents and driving on the sidewalk, police said. *Richard C. Casselberry, 35, of Sly Street in Elmira, was arrested May 13 on a warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. *Aaron Thompkins, 81, of East Second Street in Elmira, was arrested May 13 on a warrant for criminal use of a benefit card. *James R. Cole, 26, of Mount Zoar Street in Elmira, was arrested May 14 on a warrant charging him with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. *Thomas J. Allwood, 21, of West Clinton Street in Elmira, was charged May 14 with petit larceny in Tops Friendly Markets on South Main Street. *Angela L. Davis, 44, of Magee Street, was charged May 15 with trespass at Ramsey's on East Fifth Street. *Catherine L. Walker, 37, of Judson Street, was arrested May 15 on a warrant charging her with petit larceny. *Patrick A. Ribble, 34, of Elmira, was arrested on a warrant May 15 and charged with second-degree harassment. He is accused of grabbing a man by the throat. *Michael Harper II, 21, of Elmira, was arrested on a Superior Court warrant May 15 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. *James R. Gorham, 26, of Noble Street in Elmira, was arrested May 15 on a warrant and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt. *Tiwanda L. Johnson, 41, of East Church Street in Elmira, was arrested May 15 on a bench warrant for failing to pay a fine and was charged with petit larceny. *Daniel F. Pereira, 47, of Fitch Street in Elmira, was arrested on a warrant May 16 and charged with second-degree harassment. *Peter J. Shaffer, 32, of Elmira, was charged April 25 with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on College Avenue. *Corey S. Keller, 19, of Elmira, and a 17-year-old boy, no hometown provided, were charged April 28 with petit larceny. *David B. Oldfield, 34, of Horseheads, was charged April 30 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on College Avenue. *Thomas J. Allwood, 21, of Elmira, was charged May 5 with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on College Avenue. *A 17-year old boy, no hometown provided, was charged May 5 with fourth-degree criminal mischief after police were called to a residence on McCauley Avenue. *Anthony P. Guild, 21, of Elmira Heights, and Robert J. Leonard, 23, of Elmira, were charged May 5 with third-degree burglary after police investigated a break-in at a business on Grand Central Avenue. *Floyd R. Voorhees Jr., 32, of Lowman, was charged May 5 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. *Brandon K. Brown, 18, of Naples, was charged May 15 with possessing sexually graphic images of children on his computer. Charges include possession of a sexual performance by a child, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. The offenses occurred in March, police said. Brown was arraigned in Canandaigua Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail. He is scheduled to reappear in court May 22. *Erik J. Cotton, 26, of Cheektowaga, was charged May 5 with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop. *John J. Adams, 42, of Bath, was charged May 6 with unlawful possession of marijuana after a traffic stop. *Judy B. Cramer, 55, of Corning, was charged May 6 with petit larceny at Wal-Mart. *Carolyn M. Howden, 18, of North Dansville, was charged May 7 with petit larceny at Rite Aid in the village of Dansville. *Michael E. Listengart, 56, of Elmira, was charged May 1 with aggravated harassment. *A 16-year-old Elmira boy was charged May 2 with criminal possession of a weapon. *Richard M. Yasher, 18, of Elmira, was charged May 5 with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. *Glenn Theil, 45, of Millport, was charged May 5 with unlawful disposal of solid waste on Smith Road. *Debra L. Desantis, 41, of Pine City, was charged May 6 with endangering the welfare of a child. *Lisa A. Torrence, 26, of Elmira, was charged May 6 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. *Ryan R. Maurey, 20, of Gillett, was charged April 26 with driving while intoxicated. *Police are investigating a burglary at a seasonal residence on Hanks Road in West Burlington Township sometime between March 1 and March 30. Several household items were removed, police said. *Matthew A. Cohick, 25, of Roaring Branch, was charged May 9 with retail theft at Kmart in Wysox. *Police are investigating a burglary at a residence in Terry Township sometime between May 3 and May 9. *Callan W. Biddle, 24, of Redwood Circle in Painted Post, was charged May 14 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. *Howard J. Gardner, 25, of Cook Road in Woodhull, was charged May 12 with failure to notify a change of address under Megan's Law. He was arraigned in Bath Town Court and sent to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $200 cash bail or $400 property bond. *David M. Baker, 40, of Hendy Hollow Road in Caton, was charged May 13 with third-degree felony welfare fraud. *Dawn M. Button, 52, of Starr Road in Campbell, was charged May 16 with fourth-degree grand larceny.
