does anyone see or read about the horrible things that go on in the world today.people die everyday in the world from violence and war because decisions are made by people " in the positions to make these decisions,fully aware and knowing the consequences of their decisions ". An accident is an accident however you try to define it. should troy be persecuted because of the err of judgement of hundreds of people? Is george bush going to be tried for the deaths of thousands of us troops, he knew the outcome of his decisions when he made them. in personally knowing troy, i know this was a tragic accident that has affected hundreds of lives, but i also know that he grieves as much as any family member that lost a loved one that day. are trumped up charges on this man going to make anyone feel better, if so they dont deserve to feel the relief they might get from it. you dont sacrifice a man to ease the pain of another
