I am sorry but the ones that say your place smells is right and your animals cages are not up to par. The staff is not as knowledgeable of animals as they should be either. so I am sorry but if there is slime in tank you do know that means your fish can get sick and or a common parasitic disease called ick right? A smell in your shop is not a sign of a well cared for shopor animals! and its also just so you know not a shop that is being ran in a sufficient or proper manner. Have you gone in Countrymax or Petco do you smell animal ammonia? or see 5 day old fecal matter? no and there animals dishes are always cleaned, tanks almost spotless, Countrymax tanks are above and beyond clean along with animal pens and I am sorry but I find it hard to believe that you clean your cages that much cause they would not look the way they do if you did. Also none of there supplies have 4 month old dust. oh and FYI they did invent a vacuum use it. your lucky a inspector has not come in and checked that place out yet because you would in no way have your business let alone a business license and you would have animal cruelty charges for the living space and cleanliness as well. To have those poor animals live in the conditions you have them and with that how should I put it? ah yes such poor air quality is bull crap! they deserve a store/Petstore and or people that will properly care for them and who actually knows about the species and animals there dealing with and also actually know what there doing because everyone of you clearly does not have a clue.
