It sounds like the documents were falsified to try to cover up a problem. It's the feds and they will piss this away like other things they do.

My brother is innocent. False witnesses that admitted fed govt were paying their living expenses..testified..with no credibility..The main witness said she was unable to recognize them because the other men were dark complexion with mustache..The bus driver only saw them for about 5 to 7 seconds..This is our system worst..because they have the power to do anything. But there is a God. And we will continue the fight! And Dismas Charities will say what the government wants them to say.

Dismas House is a crooked business hiding behind a not For Profit Shield.
If you really want to find out,do some research with the State of Florida Division of Corporation, and continue from there.
They have politicians and federal employees on their payroll.
It is an extraordinary degree of crime that involves many figures.
Think about: Contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and salaries of $600,000 per year, and a lot of other dirty things.

They were railroaded, pure and simple. Hopefully the appeal process will play out. I know all about this because my nephew was sentenced to 35 years for something he didn't do. He was on his way to Sunday School when he pulled over to help an elderly woman change a flat tire. The next thing he knew, he was being accused of raping her at knifepoint and now he's behind bars. We need for Obama to get involved and try to sort out all of these problems.

unfortunatelt that is what happens when you have the fox guarding the hen house. Stop funding this farce of a program and close it down. send the criminals back to prison. By criminals I mean the management of this joke of a halfway house of thieves, robbers, rapists, murderers and drug pushers.

I still have not idea how your brother was convicted. This case had not guilty written all over it.
