AMAZING SERVICE!!! Highly recommend!
I just purchased a Infiniti FX35 with super low mileage at an amazing price. Car Lux is so easy to deal with, it didn't matter they were an hour away! There's no pressure, they are very honest and upfront. You don't have to worry about haggling for a price, the prices are so great you don't have to. Mo and Sam made me feel extremely comfortable at ease and welcome. This is NOT the typical car dealer. We are going back. SO HAPPY!!! THANK YOU!!!

These people are great to you when they are selling you a car, but then you go back to them for anything else, they pull typical used car dealer scams. We dropped our car off to sell it back to Carlux, he damages the car, and then claims we dropped the car off that way. On top of that, the owner has the nerve to yell and scream at me, the customer. How does this guy expect to continue scamming his customers? This dealership has reaffirmed the fact that you just can't trust a used car dealer...

Greedy and dishonest !!!

I won't recommend them to anyone.

I walked into CarLux in Westborough, MA this week to check on a Gray Lexus GX470 that I was interested in with a listed sale price of $32990 as advertised on carlux.com which I printed before I went to the dealership.

I met the dealers Mohammad(AKA: Mo) and Basam(AKA: Sam) from Libya and at first they seem to be nice people.

I had my old car to trade-in toward the Lexus and they checked it out and offered me a slashed down trade-in price (not even half of what the trade-in value is). I negotiated the trade-in price but they insisted on their price. Finally, I agreed to their trade-in price, I filled out the required paperwork and was approved for the loan.

I test drove the Gray Lexus GX470 that I was interested in buying and noticed that the Navigation system is requesting the MAP DVD. I brought that to Mo and Sam's attention and they said they will have the DVD ready for me the next day.

The bill-of-sale was prepared including the Gray Lexus GX470 price of $32990 minus my old car's trade-in value offered by Mo and Sam and was printed and ready to be signed. I did not feel that I should sign the bill-of-sale prior to having the Navigation system DVD installed and verifying that the system works properly.

I stopped by the next day after work to check on the status of Lexus GX470 and sign the bill-of-sale but I was surprised and shocked that Sam and Mo came out with a fabricated new story and decided (all a sudden one day after issuing the bill-of-sale) that they overpaid for my trade-in !!!!

I found this pathetic excuse hard to believe especially that I'm sure that experienced dealers will not commit a trade-in price to any customer until they do there homework first !!!

I felt that Sam and Mo were trying their best to the end to squeeze more money from me to maximize their profit on their Lexus in spite that we reached an agreement already.

I refused to buy into their nonsense and they then quickly claimed that they can not go forward with the deal and they were not even willing to negotiate a solution!!

I left the dealership wondering what was the TRUE REASON behind their overnight decision to fail this deal??

Then the picture become clear when that same night I found that they are advertising that same Gray Lexus GX470 (Same VIN) on their website at a NEW HIGHER PRICE OF $34990 !!!($2000 more than the old advertised price that I went to purchase the car with).

I could not believe my eyes!! I brought the car's paperwork and the car's printout that I kept and verified with the VIN that it was the same exact car.

I realized that Mo and Sam's greediness far precedes their honesty and their commitment to customers.

I just purchased a Lexus RX330 from Carlux and i can't believe how easy it was to purchase a used car. They are Extremely honest and upront. The whole process was quite simple and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Just a quick reply to the comment on not trusting Carlux. It sounds to me that you were extremely untrusting of Carlux. My RX330 did not have a navigation disk either. Apparently they remove them so they don't get stolen and then istall them prior to delivery. Perhaps it was your negatitive demeanor that triggered them not to want to sell you a car all together.

i find this incredable we bought 3 cars from them they paid us exactly what kbb.com said our car was worth and they found all three cars fro us for a good price all three are wondereful as were they the best experiance we ever had buying a car i have reccomended my friends and always they thank me profusely i strauss

i bought a lexus gx 470 was perfect as advertised and they paid me exactly what they promised me on my 2004 gx 470 which was exactly as kbb.com said. my friend bought a rx330 lexus was perfect and she got exactly what was promised on her trade again exactly as kbb.com my son bought a honds odessy 2007 with 12000 miles was perfect and they got exactly waht was promised on trade in even though there was a scratch on it my daughter boiught a rx350 2007 was missing thr cargo cover and book and one key sam told me to buy it and he as he promised sent me a check for 300 usd .. they are the best the new car dealers are crooks they are honest and always try to hep out rgds izzy

My wife and I were in the looking for a Volvo xc90 and had visited 3 different dealerships before we ended up @ Carlux. We could not have been more happy with the service, selection and overall experience of buying a car from them. Mo worked with us from start to finish and couldnt have been more helpful and enjoyable to work with. We will buy our next car from Carlux amd recommend them to anyone looking for used higher end car. They were honest, and the price was right.

Carlux is invested in their customers, it shows in every transaction. Their cars are the best, the prices are the fairest, and no one can beat their service orientation. I'd go back in a heart beat!

We travelled from Maine after calling and getting very good advice,from Sam. He suggested before we drive this distance try out the different cars closer to home. We went to many dealerships and we ended up at Carlux. We are so PLEASED and HAPPY with our experience. This is the first time I will say this----buying a very nice Lexus RX 350 could not have been easier. I dread purchasing a car because of all the wheeling and dealing. I say go to the rest and then buy from the BEST---Carlux. We will go back next time we need a vehicle. We were treated very nicely, and highly recommend these 3 brothers.

I found my experience working with the team a Carlux to be extremely
favorvable. They were upfront about the costs, there were no surprises, they were able to get me a far better financing rate than I was able to find on my own. I would have no problem reccomending them to anyone in the market for a well maintained previously owned vehicle.

Sam is a typical used car salesman. Very similar to DoNotTrustCarLux story. We agreed on a very fair trade-in on my vehicle and agreed on price. Then another potential customer walks in interested in the same vehicle we were in basic agreement on. Sam then wants to do a carfax check on my car and discovers issues and changes his mind and lowers the trade in agreement by $500. Based on principle and integrity my wife and I walked out. My advice do your homework before purchasing a vehicle from any dealer especially CarLux. I'm sure you can have a good experience if you drink the Kool-Aid they give you.

We have purchased three cars (Mercedes, Lexus ES300 and Lexus GX 470) from them and would never buy another car without them. On our second car, we actually called Sam and told him what we wanted - he found it (prior to him even having his dealership) and he had the exact car we wanted.
Having purchased from him previously,we were very pleased with what he had and we drove we drove that day with our car!
I have referred families who have also purchased cars and have agreed they should have started out with Sam over 5 years ago!!
I will continue to purchase my cars from him and would never go to another dealer.
