Can these people get any damn slower? They need to not worry about looking soo pretty and service customers. This is the slowest office I have ever had to deal with. About to switch companies I use.

Garlan Nissian Rents cars. Just to let you know. I switched one day when I waited two hours. It was too much so I found out who else rents in Hopkinsville,best wishes to you and yours.

I had a rental there one day at 8AM. Call the place and they told me I could not get my car till 10AM. I call the Hertz place at the Holiday Inn and told them what I needed and the guy took care of me and gave me a better car. I will never use enterprise again! What was so bad was the girl that I spoke to was rude and did not care about my business.

I do not have time to contact them as this happened last March. If they do not do it right the first time they can just do without my business. I will need another rental soon and will go back to Hertz as that young man went out of his way to help me and the cars was clean and did not smell like smoke!

The manager gave me a hard time bout a month go, when i tried to rent a car there, they need to keep info on regular customers so we dont have to go through all extra crap and waste our time.

They spend more time on their cell phones and talking to each other than they actually do getting to know their customers and taking care of their issues. Its almost pointless to complain about IT though because customer service an satisfaction Is a thing of the past.

My husband and I rented a car from them many times. When we attempted to rent a car again two months ago they gave us a hard time. I asked them why we had to start the process over when we have rented from them multiple times. We waited for over an hour just to talk to them. They then said that they would not have any cars until the next afternoon. Okay enough said. We have not been back.

You think this place was bad before.....go in there now. The rude chick that sits in the back just got promoted to manager! She's the rudest person I've ever met and it just shows that customer service means very little to this company!

Yea their corp office does not care so I hope customers go else where and drive them outta business....Go to Garlan they rent cars and the young lady who does it is customer friendly.... the ENTERPRISE climate does not deserve our business.

When the guy was the manager he did everything so quickly and easily. Now it's terrible. Lots of everyone complaining.
