Okay so now you have totally backed away from everything you said here Shaft! My job is done. You are so far removed from common sense you spent 2 days arguing with me in a thread about impeaching the President on what he has done to be impeached, now that you are backed into a logical corner you cannot you decided to claim you were never arguing it at all and are taking your ball home.
Typical Republicant ploy. I am about sick of even wasting time on your games and lies.

You know, nobody has yet to give one law that he has broken to be impeached on this thread. Even the incorrect "broke the constitooshun!!!" nuts still haven't stated what article or amendment he's violated. So are you guys ready to admit you really just don't know what you are talking about?

Mouse you know how this site is. People are quick to form opinions about various topics and post rubbish. The problem is that those posts are just that- opinions- and very few people actually provide facts or even credible sources.

Well "for starters", wanting to ban guns without going through the amendment process isn't a crime. I can want to rob a bank but until I do so I haven't committed a crime. Genius.

If Obama has indeed passed a bill without going through the proper steps then it is up to the court to prosecute and impeach him. There are many rumors floating around that this is in the works. However, until you provide me with a credible source that proves he has committed a crime, your statement is hearsay and merely gossip.

Shaft takes his name from his favorite part of the dick he swallows in air port bathrooms. You have a constitutional right to swallow, but spare us your complete ignorance. Your handpicked Nazi star chamber (the supreme court) upheld Obamacare. One of these days you closet queens are going to stop bitching and start the war. That's cool. The sooner we can kill you the fuck off, the better off we'll be.

You are constitutionally illiterate. Its not up to the courts to try him. Its up to the senate presided over by the chief justice. And im not through with you yet.

He has passed a bill without going through the amendment process, its called the health care bill, which is unconstitutional. And its not up to the supreme court to decide whats constitutional. If its constitutional its already in the constitution and you dont need the supreme court to tell you. If im lieing then show me the health care bill in the constitution.

Im challenging any lawyer or legal professional to show me the health care bill in the US constitution, the law of this land! Im not a lawyer or a legal professional. Im just a man who reads the constitution for what it says. So it should be easy for a legal expert to prove me wrong when i say the health care bill is unconstitutional and illegal.

If a law he signs violates the constitution (after it was passed by Congress!) then the Supreme Court will invalidate it. That is not a criminal offense. You fail Shaft.

What has he done to be impeached? He would have to commit a crime to be impeached. I slept through civics class but I do know that. The healthcare bill is also not un-constitutional, it's just something else for them to bitch about.

I can assure you, despite all of the hullabaloo from the hoi polloi, that Obamacare is entirely, 100% Constitutional, no if's and's or but's:

• Because Congress can compel Americans to engage in commerce in order to then regulate their activities under the Commerce Clause.

• Because the fee that every American must pay -- by dint of their mere existence -- for failing to comply with "the Individual Mandate" is either a "tax" or a "penalty", depending on which day of the week it is.

• Because health care is a unique market, one in which every American must participate at some point in their lives. Unlike the markets of, say, clothing, shelter, food, transportation,...

• Because Congress has the right -- the obligation -- to trump God and the First Amendment in order to ensure that all Americans get free contraceptives and abortifacients.

• Because the "Consent of the Governed" is outdated and antiquated. Congress can do anything it wants, even if 63% of all Americans are opposed to their actions.

• Because a 2,200-page bill that not one member of Congress read -- much less understands -- is inherently Constitutional, as the noted legal scholar Nancy Pelosi insists.

• Because what could be more American than nationalizing one-sixth of the entire economy?

• Because a few masterminds in Washington will be able to manage that one-sixth of the economy more effectively than the entire private sector.

• Because government-run health care has turned out to be cost-effective, innovative, and efficient in delivering health care, except in countries like England, Canada and Sweden.

• Because every founder of this country -- every single Framer of the Constitution from James Madison to George Mason -- would agree with Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Harry Reid and Barack Obama. That is, all Americans have the right to free health care, which must be delivered by a 15-member panel of elite masterminds overseeing an authoritarian, centralized, massive federal bureaucracy.
