I hear that a local attorney will challenge one of our local Judges for their seat next election. Think they might have a chance?

I think it is actually district court. Not circuit court that the attorney is looking at challenging.

I have heard two names that are interested in these positions, Humphries and Morris. If there were a three person race it could get interesting. I do not believe both would run.

Amazing as to why you would make this stuff up! Neither name you mentioned is remotely going to run. Post something believable for a change.

Trust me if he continues to be soft on crime and the right person willing to spend a little money will beat him. He has released some pretty hard criminals. He is against the Death penalty.

Wonder if there are any GOP lawyers in town that might want one of these 200K jobs? We need some change!

I did hear today that a woman lawyer was going to run, is this Morris? She would make a great Judge with her political family and many young friends. I wonder if Lynn Pryor might want to get one of these jobs, she would make a great Judge.

Whatever you heard, you heard wrong if you think its Morris. She's definitely not interested. Rumors don't make something true.

I think you may be wrong, she has expressed interest in being a Judge for a very long time!

The judges aren't even on the ballot this year.

They are up next year and the jockeying will start this year. We do need some changes in these positions. They need to be limited to two terms so they will not get comfortable in their jobs. The same ones get in are there for a lifetime like a congressman or senator. They need to start sending these crooks to jail. How many times do you see a person get caught for stealing and they never go to jail? Get tough on crime!

No, I know you are wrong. I've known her for her entire legal career and not once has she ever expressed an interest in running for Judge. She has been an Administrative Law Judge for the Kentucky Parole Board for several years now. Maybe that's what you are referring to and not an elected Judge.
