I love living in Hopkinsville. The people here are very nice Christian people. They are friendly, hard working, and have strong morals and character.

Everyone is welcome here. Hopkinsville has many wonderful houses of worship. They serve the Lord by saving sinners, helping the needy, and providing the light of Jesus Christ in the community. It certainly won't hurt you to participate. You won't regret it. You may meet a few people who have shared your cynicsm, yet moved beyond it.

Yet you cannot escape the fact that you are alive, in God's universe. You are His creation. You can mock Him as a 2 year old child tell's his loving parents "NO!" It's ok.

this world is all but a stop off point,,,, wouldn't you rather die and find out there is a heaven ,than a hell and be prepared?,,jesus died for our sins,he lived a sinless life and was prosecuted for our sins.,thank you jesus for doing so.,you can be saved from eternal hell,by repenting from your sins and asking jesus into your heart.

Most people here think they are comedians and will give you snarky comments.

Honestly, I don't know of any place that regularly has live music. It occasionally comes and goes.

The best place to get practical information is the Chamber of Commerce. I expect they will try to be helpful.

There may be organizations, or people, looking for private bands, like the Country Club, or high school reunions, or birthday parties.

Do you have YouTube clips?

What kind of music?

I don't know what goes on at the Princess Theater, but they might know something.

I am not sure if this community even appreciates live music, or any music for that matter. It is really a cultural waste land. You have rednecks, and Bible thumpers, druggies, gangsters. A lot of people are on food stamps. If they can pay their bills they buy booze. These are my impressions. The people who can afford entertainment go to Nashville. I don't want to discourage you. I am just trying to give you a realistic picture of the community. so... just sayin'

Occasionally Fort Campbell will do something at the James Bruce Convention Center.

Good luck!
