Check out this pic of your local "Defenders".

http://firstkentucky.defenderslemc.org/conten...

Nice array of city/county officers, to include the Sheriff! Also if you look closely in the back, Officer Mike Platero is wearing his department issued HPD uniform in the picture, with his club colors/vest on! So, since when did HPD start supporting motorcycle clubs...or gangs as the law enforcement community likes to call them?!

How many of you knew about this club/individuals in it? I'm sure there are more members by now, this pic was taken a couple years ago.

Yep-nice to see the tax payers dollars hard at work!!!! So sad that grown men have to hide behind a "motorcycle club/gang" to feel like they fit in... Sorry guys- there is only one Sons of Anarchy series and its fake and you aint part of it;-)

Well considering motorcycle "clubs" aka GANGS don't carry the reputation of being law abiding upstanding pillars of the community( not saying I agree or hold that opinion) it looks very hypocritical- and not really the image I would want my local law enforcement to have , especially considering the low image people locally already have of local law enforcement. And what's up with the nicknames- really "Top Cop" Livy??? Lol someone thinks highly of themselves..... Oh well- we live in the land of the free I suppose.

"The Defenders" were being very hypocritical a month or so back. Some of these same men that are in this motorcycle gang. Exhausted money and resources all evening, about 730 pm
to 1:00 am! Harassing another motorcycle club
that was having a benefit for an infant child that
was born with numerous medical problem.
When I say exhausted I mean upwards of 15 to
20 officers on hand the entire evening standing
in front of the princess theatre. Harassing patrons and the public in general. They left 4 patrol cars in front of the place with the light on so long they had to jump a couple of them when they did leave. Let's not even mention their macho walks through the building every thity minutes or so. The end result. Countless hours of tax dollars spent and not one single citation or arrest related to the focus of their attention. I'm sure "the defenders" mc will tell you it was money well spent.

The defenders are a bunch of want a bes with erectile problems. They cannot get it up with women and have to harass folks to get the boner.

I heard they were trying to "bully" another patron of a bar they went to awhile back just for saying hi to one of their women. Must have gotten worried she'd leave with him and not her ol man lol
