Has the season reached the bottom? With a star player quitting this week and a parent getting mad at the coach today, can it get any worse? How many will be on the team at the end of the season?

If you're going to make accusations, at least say who the people are that are involved. Oh, you won't do that because you are just trying to stir up rumors and run down the team.

Lancaster was the other to quit. No where near star player though.

Lancaster had great potential and hate to see him go. Maybe the coach should look in the mirror instead of blaming everyone else for their struggles. I know he learned alot of baseball at the college powerhouse called breshia but maybe he should seek a different approach.

I don't think there is a "star" player on the team. Remember the boys still want to win. Maybe we should all show more support and criticize less? The asst coaches are Greg Perry and Trey Wheeler, who both seem very good with the boys.

Potential? I watched that guy strike out more than he put the ball in play!

Sounds like a typical disgruntled parent, I guess it's the coaches fault that the boy can't hit. Ever think some people just can't play?

Why can't the parents stay away from practices and let the coaches coach? None of the coaches have a connection to any of the players and are NOT playing favorites. The problem is too many parents think their kid is going to get a full ride to college, which never happens, or be a MLB superstar! Let the kids play and let the coaches do their job! If you don't like it here, go to Hoptown or UHA.

NO one at Christian County Baseball is even closely good enough to get any baseball scholarships... As far as the coach not having connections .... WRONG - The Baby Whiner of the team Logan Patterson, his mama Holly is best friends with Leach's wife, and calls leach to cry and complain anytime something doesn't go her way. Logan Patterson would get swallowed alive at college level ball, but of course according to leach and his parents he is all that... we will see! Bottom line is CCHS baseball program has went down hill 100%, and its an embarassment now. So very sad.

Many of the parents think their kid is a great player and will be another Mr Baseball? When your team is having to play middle school players at the varsity level there are some problems. This program is in trouble and we are glad we got out before the poop hits the fan!

The program will be fine as soon as Leach sorts through all the lies JB sent him with hopes of a dream team that never existed. I think he is slowly starting to figure it out and when he puts it together county will be rolling like thunder.

Leach is in his 4th year now. More than enough time to sort things out. Under his watch the team gotten worse each year.
