So the Kentucky New Era publishes that the driver may have been drinking the night before. Why won't they publish that the tractor, which was oversized, was traveling without an escort vehicle. Have you seen the size of this tractor? I'm am pretty sure it was taking up well more than half of the road! The New Era is ridiculous!! Tell the whole story!

Over size tractors on small roads should be against the law

This is farm country and so there are all kinds of tractors on the road. There is no one at fault except the driver of that van. He was in charge of those kids cuz he was the driver. He should have NEVER been going as fast as he was. The man on the tractor was out making his living so why in the world would you suggest he should be at fault. So we alt to fault the man working instead of a man that decided to drink the night before, pack up a load of kids, and drive recklessly? Really?

I'm not saying that the guy on the tractor is to blame I'm just saying they should make it against the law to have them on little roads

And how do you suggest they get from farm to farm since most farms are located on rural roads?

Why do you people who claim "god" has a reason... and plans everything, spend any time discussing "whos" fault it was, I mean if "god" had it planned how could it be anyone’s fault?

Boy thats a thinker.

Now go to the services and hear the "preacher" talk about how "god" called these kids home, and how if you’re a good boy/girl you will see them again, and how jesus needed them in heaven....and how "god" has a divine plan that we can understand, and how you better be prepared cause it could be you next.....how your next breath could be your last.....

Go listen to the BS...the religious (while they have you trapped) force their brain rot onto you and your children.

I hope at least one of the families actually spends time celebrating the unique life of their child....the time they were alive, because there is no life after death.....so say no to the religious preachers and spend time letting family celebrate the uniqueness of the person without the religious mumbo jumbo.

Stand up for your loved one, be an example, have a get together....celebrate the amazing life....share stories, have food and music....show pics...have a unique time to celebrate a unique person.
The actual person and life should be celebrated, not wasting time focusing on how they are living in heaven……
Celebrate facts…..not fiction. It will be a more satisfying ending.

Dont let the religious force themselves onto you....its your child.

I love how non believers think they have the answers for everything. Most people who believe or don't would most likely want to think that their child is just not dead to be put in a box and never seen again. Most would like to think that their child is in a better place just waiting to see their family again. How ever believers know that it is a fact that they will see them again. You tell people about how there is no God and call us names when you could just leave people Alone and let people grieve in a Christian or non Christian way. The reason why Christians tell you all about the Lord is because they don't want you to miss out on a great life and a better after life. Of course we know we won't convince everyone but we are not stupid people or crazy people or any other name you want to throw at us. Saying all that I hope their families are Christians cause that will help them through this process. Yes God does have a plan. He never does something just to do it. He has a plan for everyone involved and those that was not involved too. This wreak has a higher meaning then you or I can even understand right now.

yes they want to feel BETTER....so making up a fairy tale is the currently accepted thing to do...well its time for a change. But in all reality that old “god takin my baby home” never makes the parents/family feel and better…it actually causes lots of stress because the person is constantly questioning “god” over why “he” took whomever….and the the person is under a stressful mind control because they think that an infraction against jesus is going to knock them out of “seeing” their loved one again.
COME ON PEOPLE. Do I really have to explain this silly stuff? Its MIND-CONTROL!

By focusing on the silly supposed/made up after life we down play/forget/ignore the actual LIVED life that was unique.

If you have a shred of medical knowledge you know that without oxygen the brain DIES. You only have thoughts/are aware because your body is moving oxygen around your brain.

Dont let the religious thieves steal your child’s life celebration.
There is no god, there is no ultimate plan for every human’s life, bad things happen to good people, good things happen to bad people….and so on.
When sperm meets egg and then a person is born from that union and then it’s the DNA /genes that makes the person unique….and the fact that we are little microscopic bugs that have evolved into intelligent life on a ROCK floating in space is the coolest thing ever.

The lies of religion steals the beauty from the truth. Celebrate the beauty of uniqueness…..not the silliness of ancient fairy tales.

Large tractors on small roads don't add up. It should at least be a law that they have to have escorts with flashing lights. I'm really surprised this is the first time this has happened. I feel very sorry for the families....of those killed and the driver of the tractor.

Don't know where you got your information, but there was an escort for the tractor. The van was just going too fast for anyone to react.

By the way, small roads, really? How and why do you think most of the rural roads roads got built? They definitely weren't Intended for 80-90 mph traffic.
