They went to hell after Peter Gabriel left.

Lots of people think they sold out after Peter Gabriel left but I think that they did some of their best stuff when Phil Collins took over the vocals. It might be more commercial, but it hid some of the more subversive elements better having them being more mainstream on Top 40 radio.

That's funny. A friend of mine. Very close friend. Just got admitted and has NO income and NO money. I was more wondering about if there was anyone that had ever been .. a testimony of the program so to speak...
We are not talking about Genesis the group. We are talking about the Genesis program in Hopkinsville Kentucky.

Oh the Genesis program! Yes that is quite a conundrum. I mean it is wonderful thing to instantly terraform a planet to a Class M world. But I think the idea is highly unstable and untested. It could also be turned into a potential weapon if this technology fell into the hands of a terrorist like Khan Noonien Singh.

Oh now I know which Genesis you mean. I still have my old one. I liked it better than the Nintendo because Mortal Kombat had red blood and the Sonic games were faster than Mario games. Every time you turned it on it would sing "SE-GA!"

You are so very hateful no matter which of your 200 different names you post under. Why? There is no reason to get so mean and rude to someone just because they have a different opinion about the Pre Gabriel or Post Gabriel lineup of Genesis?
I get it. You like Peter Gabriel better. I cannot fault you for that. But you can still enjoy the plethora of his solo work though. What is your favorite song of his?(FYI: If you say "In Your Eyes" then I will laugh at your insulting me for defending the more mainstream Phil Collins version of Genesis. That was Top 40 teen movie mainstream pandering at it's utmost.

Are they worried about money? Of course, staff have to be paid, supplies have to be purchased, and bills have to be paid. But if you are a resident of Kentucky, they are required to treat upon admission regardless of cost. You will be asked to present proof of income and are charged a daily rate based upon a sliding fee scale. If you have no income, you are still able to stay. It's affiliated with the Pennyroyal Center now and no longer run by the state. If roach man is such an insider, maybe he can tell you how many people have been turned over to a collection agency because they couldn't pay a bill. Go ahead. Give it a shot.

I am not so sure any one is understanding what I am asking. I am not so worried about the money. More about the actual program itself. I already know that they are through PMHC and that they are no longer run by the state. So with that..I also know that they are on a sliding scale. What are the program requirements for completion? Are there rules or guidlines that are expected to be followed? How long has this program been open. What are their turnout rates for replapse? Why are they not listed?

They have only been open since July. In order to make an appointment, you have to call Respond (nber listed in phone book under Pennyroyal Center). Could be why they're not listed. As for turnover or relapse, you get what you put into it. So if you are serious then you will get more benefit.
