My family and I eat there on a regular basis when we heard of this we called their corporate office immediately and they responded as follows "we will not let this get swept under the rug it is being handled no further comments." we feel sorry for the families affected by this our waitress told us it was 19000.00$ in back money owed. We also donated money to that restaurant for a fundraiser for needy kids and it came up missing. This fella told my sister he gave it to her and she didn't remember he has problems. Big problems. When we asked him one night he acted as if he never spoke to her and he talked to her that day on her cell phone. There are good people there good waitresses they don't deserve that. Applebee's knows they made a mistake pillars from the community have contacted them already.

wow everybody seems to know alot it reminds me of the old rumor game when you say something and by the time it gets back to you its totally diffrent like i said i have know this guy for along time and this is the first bad thing ive ever heard except he is tough on people that work for him, i think people really need to look at everything, he was only there for a short period of time less than a year how does 18000 dollars slip through the cracks and nobody found out till an employee said they were shorted hours or whatever. does not make sense how does that help him he dont write the checks ocharleys does. as far as him writing bad checks that is a criminal offense so how would he get the job in the first place if that was the case, bottem line i guess this is the topic until someone else goes through the same thing there, how many gm's has that store had lately maybe its not the gm's it could be something else just saying think about it!

I agree with you!! Its always a bunch bunch of problems there. Maybe its someone their not expecting it to be doing all the thriving.Its more to it then being told!

You are right not to pass judgement. He really did shave our hours though we were showed our time slips he would shave our weekly hours off on Friday nights when he closed at like 2 in the morning. He did do it. We have had a lot of gm's but none of them were fired for stealing and only one was fired period the rest of them chose to transfer. Ocharleys is and was at fault and they should feel bad for letting him get away with this. But do u really think a big corporation like ocharleys fired the wrong person without investigating him. They watched him for 3 weeks before they let him go our district manager said he sat at home one night on a Friday and watched him do it through the monitor there and put in a receipt for gas that ocharleys wasn't responsible for. I feel sorry for his wife and kids there are victims to. Ocharleys had no reason to watch him until someone finally told on him. Employees were to dumb to realize it

ok i really dont believe any of this how many supervisors and gm's have gone through that store it has almost the highest sales in the company as a gm why would you choose to leave unless something was wrong. also didnt they fire the supervisor and regional guy just a week before sounds like alot more going on here. just saying he might have made some mistakes but i personally dont feel like one guy can cause 18000 dollars in damages in 6 months. employees are never dumb when it comes to thier money we all have jobs and get paid i look at my check stubs every week and if something is wrong i fix it right then, im sorry but my opion is there is more than him doing that stuff he just got blammed because he is running the joint. if larry does read this just know im with you buddy sounds real shady also heard chuck got fired, tim got fired and bruce is quitting wonder why that is? cmon guys where is the facts show me some proof not hear say and by the way for anyone who is working there now hows the store running now? and how are you being treated compaired to when he was there? just curious i worked with him for years this is not on him.

My dear friend: I seriously think you are Larry or his white trash girlfriend Linda it said on our checks that shaving time started in October and ended in June. I don't care if he goes to jail like others do what I care about is that I got 1200$ back. I almost got fired because he would give me gift cards for cash saying we were short for the day and needed money. We were never short. He's a psycho and Linda should leave him ASAP.

Never got a refill and no plates were removed from our table... was told the manager was coming to speak with us......manager never came. Tired of waiting, we paid our bill and left.

He treated me bad after he text me and I wouldn't sleep with him if u have known him for years you know how he is. If u are from Paducah why are you on a Hopkinsville sight? And you all got checks back to sommer told me you did. Whatever Linda if you knew him at all you wouldn't take up for him he's a perv! He let me drink one night when Gretchen was out and when I came out of the bathroom he stuck his hands down my pants. I quit the next day and he called me 10 times afraid I was going to tell. He doesn't deserve you or a job. He's scary.
