I think it's ridiculous that they passed this. Do they not support our local farmers? Do people not pay taxes on them? I don't even smoke and think this is wrong. If someone wants to smoke, let them. I understand all the risks about second hand smoke and all that. But, whats the difference with people smoking inside or outside? You gotta pass the puffers if you want to go in anyways, right?

There's lots of cities that don't allow smoking in public places. Not just Hopkinsville. I bet some still eat in Nashville and Clarksville without smoking. They didn't say you couldn't smoke, just not inside

Crazy how so many places are going tobacco/smoke free but they are voting to legalize marijuana for recreational purposes in other places. This world is turning upside down!

You mean "medicinal"? Of the people that are getting it for medicinal purposes (for the most part) are using it recreationally. You can pretty walk in to a marijuana clinic and be prescribed your favorite grass just for having chronic headaches.

I believe the 2 states that it passed in was Colorado and Washington state. Sorry, forgot to say that in the earlier post. I don't know how to post a link here but it is in all the news. Try huffington post or something.
