Boy on bike hurt in Hopkins hit-and-run

Hopkins police are asking for the public's help in finding the driver of an SUV that struck and injured a boy on a bike, then left the scene.

How could a person even drive after hitting someone? I was a wreck after just a fender-bender and couldn't drive! I don't think I could ever drive again if I actually hit a person.

These creeps that hit and run should have their licenses revoked PERMANENTLY, then be thrown in jail, and have to wear some sort of GPS ankle device for the rest of their lives to make sure they never drive again (because you know the same kind of jerk would drive without a license, anyway).
