Blue??? I did not see any blue I am freaked out about doing this! I would like to have it done, but am a business professional and can't afford to look as if I have a tatoo covering my head! Dam i was going to get it done with 2 other buddies. Thanks for the honesty!!
yes! unlike most people I am very honest on this topic because I have been mislead so many times. I called GLI after and ask them about the blue tint they said it should blend in after a cpl months so I will report back then but they did not say anything about the blue b4 procedure so I'm very upset about that part.

bottom line it's a great procedure too camouflage a scar 4 the $ I can actually shave my head pretty short now but I def would not cover a bald head with it cuz like I said there's def a blue tint to it. hope this helps

Hey unbiased, I am a 30 year old man with MPB and I am in between Good Look Ink and Artistry Concepts in Florida. I appreciate your honest assesment of your experience with Good Look, it is certainly difficult to find legit honesty on some forums. I have an ok amount of hair on top but it is extremley thin on top front of my head, and a bald spot on the crown. Do you think this procedure is for someone like me.You say yours has a blue tint to it. When I talked to the owner via phone we were discussing what a follicle looks like shaved down and I commented that it has a gray tint to it, and he chimed in saying it even looks blue. Things are becoming a little clearer now as to why he said blue. If you have any more info id love for you to share it. Thanks again

Hi I had my hair done at GLI in December last
Year and I am very happy with the results.
I searched long and hard before going all the way
To Edina in the USA because I live in England.
Infact I am on their website on video testimony
Derek from England.
If I can help anyone else with their hair decision just ask and No I
Don't work for them !

Hey Derek, yes I have watched your video many times and it is one of the reasons I chose GLI. Very convincing videos from you, and Alex also- both good results. My concern is that after I have this done that the dots will either migrate together, or change to a blue or green color. Do you know much about this? Also Did they use any gray pigment on your head b/c Im thinking of requesting some gray due to the liklihood that I'll likely be gray headed in the next 10-15 years. My appointment is for may 1st. Thanks in advance, and thanks for making that video on GLI site.

GLI is good not great 4 scars I still can't completely shave my head but I can go to a 1clipper now. what I'm trying to say is idc what any customer says from GLI it has A very noticeable blue tint to it. once u start shaving your head past a 1clipoer it shows the blue pretty bad but if you have a scar aslong as u stay w a 2clipper it's a great camouflage for a scar.

again not a complete scam but not even close to what they promised me

You say it has a noticable blue tint. Is that just on your scar or is it on all areas of your head? I am scheduled to do mine on may 1st and I can tell you one thing for sure- if I fly up there and look at those guys heads and see blue I will be freaking pissed! I will just have to lose my deposit if that is the case b/c a blue head is worse than a balding one. I am trying to add density to my noticably thin hair but not with blue. If you arent satisfied why have you not filed a complaint with the BBB? I called the BBB in their area and they say 0 complaints. just saying. Could you elaborate on what you mean when you say they didnt provide what you were promised? Anyone else out there who used GLI that can help me out here? It would really help out b/c the above post concerns me greatly. thanks

OK, well I suppose I am barking up the wrong tree requesting and/or expecting any kind of help on this forum. These blogs/forums are pretty sketchy anyway due to the mere fact that any nameless, faceless person can claim they have had a good or bad experience with a company, and there is no real evidence to back up the info. Very frustrating trying to discern who is real and who is a competitor/basher of the company I chose to go with. Im not sure if UNBIASED actually lives up to that name, but I can say that I dont have smp yet and some of my very dark hair, looks blueish against my fair-skinned scalp backdrop. Maybe this is the same concept with the blue he claims. Thanks anyway guys.

the reason I have not filed a complaint to bbb is because I've been in contact w GLI the hole time and there bringing me in 4 a touch up.spoke with Marshall (CEO ) he feels that this is a problem they can fix. this company has been very professional with me the hole time so I'm not gonna say anything bad about them. people are nuts on this forum all I'm saying is I feel that I was mislead a little. yes it covered my scar but there is a noticeable blue tint .maybe they can fix it maybe they can't .i will keep you guys posted .I dnt know why people would question my motives on here. bottom line is my head does not look like the pics on there site but maybe after the touch up it will

sir I am sorry if I offended you in any way. I was just attempting to get some help from people who claim to have used GLI b/c this is the company Ive chosen. Im glad to hear that they are working with you in repairing the color. Yes I agree, GLI is quite professional and courteous and seem pretty up front about things. You still did not answer my question concerning your photos. Would you be willing to email me pics of your results. Sorry if that seems "nuts" to you but I am a legit man who is scheduled to have a permanent, costly procedure and I simply want to gather as much info as possible before my procedure which is a week away. You are the first person I have found that claims poor results, so clearly you are in a position to help me. If you dont then I understand and good luck to you.

I think anyone who post negative or postive feedback about GLI should provide photos as a starting point. I would imagin skn color may also play a role in the ink appearing blue after a procedure.

I'm just beginning to research GLI, their marketing is very convincing with the photos and videos. I would like to see one of the first GLI customers, that way you could see how the ink holds up over time.

I agree with Observer, people on these forums are quick to claim good or bad experiences but dont seem very quick to validate either with pics.

Hey, I just got back from Minnesota and had CHTR at Good Look Ink. Awesome people there- every last employee I met was super friendly and really make a big effort to make you feel comfortable and at home. Leah was the technician who did my procedure- extremely cool woman and very talented at what she does. I have Absolutely NO BLUE TINT to mine. Dark color matches my hair very naturally. If anyone is thinking about doing this I strongly recommend calling GLI and setting up a consultation. These guys are the BEST, why settle for anything less?

Been wanting to get something like this done, too but man, I also saw other comments about being blue and some guy said the fake hair looked more like splotches. Haven't seen any good reviews except on there own site. Glad your happy with your blue scar Rocky. Think I will stay plain bald, better than blue bald. Cant imagine having blue all my head. Must be a scam.

I can 100% guarantee you it is not a scam. I had mine done on may 1st at GLI and no blue. My consultant at GLI had it done and his looks awesome with no blue- I don't recollect how long ago his was done- either fall of 2011 or fall 2010. Scam artists do not join the Better Business Bureau and maintain a flawless record LOL. If you are an actual objective person as you present yourself, I would think you would be able to read between the lines here with the blue claims- They are false and planted with hidden agendas attached. If you want to see my before and afters I'd be happy to email you. I doubt you will get the same offer from anyone else on this page.
