You're a complete idiot! No one should waste a second of their time saying anything more to you. Go find a job instead of judging how others do their jobs. Jackass!

Notice how all the people who hate cops seem to read at an 8th grade level.

"was the cop not smart enough to call for a on duty cop...?"
How do you know he didn't? The truth will come out along with recordings. It is easy to second guess police when you don't have a clue what they face daily. Situations unfold quickly and you only have a split second to react when you are fighting for your life.

The guy who was killed, was not the driver. So how did he save someone elses life?

Everyone is so quick to hate on the police. They risk their lives every day. Grant it we get a few BAD COPS out there. Obviously the victim was doing something wrong. And like the other person stated, they the police have to act fast. Unfortunately it resulted in taking a life. This time the BAD GUY LOSS~~~

You're the idiot!!! Learn how to use proper English! How dare you spew you're uneducated self righteous judgement on this young man. Who do you think you are??? You are not any better than these guys are...they are both good people...Jason did not deserve to die. He put his life on the line for his country, was a good husband and father...he had a family that loved him and he had good friends in his life that will suffer his loss for a long time to come. He is not a POS....The driver was not drunk and although Jason was he didn't deserve to be shot for it...

Weather you believe it or not the cop was in the wrong. The driver was trying to shake a cone loose and was not risking the lives of any drivers on the road. He was not drunk and was already pulled over trying to dislodge the object caught in the wheel. It was homicide by an off duty cop..........who didn't follow the rules!

they didn't hold him on contempt all he was doing was holding his dying friend, he wasn't fighting with the cop & he wasn't drunk... Every newspaper had a different story did you notice & it was all wrong. Why isn't someone speaking up?
