A billion dollar prison. The folks at Sharing and Caring Hands could not do a better job at helping these people. Never mind these people may be too idiotic to care or have the brains to actually create anything, and maybe will actually cause far more harm than good to us. But that's ok, our pc liberals will build accomodations for these people.
