What defines a liveable community?

Is that an area that nobody is safe in?

Is it an area that has no parking?

Is it an area designed by socialists and made to look like Russia?

Is it an area that when complete is only accessable by some form of mass transit because it's the only form of green transportation?

I vote to get rid of Met Council and invest th money it wastes on highways.
