Had my vehicle stolen from the lot at 7th and Grace. It was locked. Keys were not in the vehicle. Anyone know who is capable of this? I guess it could have been a roll-back and people would have figured it was the lot that had it towed but still, this was in broad daylight.

there are crooked wrecker servicing operations who will pick your car up without a policeman being present or even the lot attendent having not called them. BEWARE.....the scams are rampant in richmond.

Took 2 hours for an officer to show up. Took 5 hours to enter it in the "National Data Base". Never actually put out a bulletin. When a detective went out there the next afternoon he didn't see any surveilance cameras. I bet if someone robbed the machine that holds the money thered be some cameras.

richmond police are not really concerned so much with petty stuff.....they have the same attitude with major stuff also. come to work and pray nothing happens during their shift and wait for the paycheck.
