I did see anything in this aticle menioning the fact that Tony had been off his medication since January 2002. I did not see mentioned in this article about the marijuhana and cocaine found in his system. I did not see in this article anything about his previous violent encounters with the police. If you are going to tell the story, tell the whole story. Mental illness is a bad disease and I understand that. But responsibility also falls to the care givers to make sure they take their meds to maintain their senses.
