Some of you are getting personal and missing the point, the point is,the man did a lot of wrong and now he is paying the price for it. He wasn't out here working every day feeding and providing for his family legitimately and got wrongfully accused of doing wrong. He was killing families and destroying them and you want to say "free him",I say No! He is a grown man and he knew the consequences and he knew he had priors,he knew the rules to the game. Now let him be a real O.G and stand on his own two feet like a man and do his time! It's to late for him.He should take that time and give back to his victims, have some remorse and pride. He should be ashamed at his self for what he put his family though and his victims.Hold it down like a man,shut-up,do your time and pray God will forgive you. It's not to late to make a change,as always Roberto YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!

Don,t believe EVERYTHING u read in the Hopewell paper the boy was not a career cim.yea he had a charge before but it still not right to lock him up for 30years.See how much time Hunter get for KILLING his nephew don't care how they switch it up he killed him,the gun should never been in there near him they have gun locks that they pass out where was Hunter???

well since you all want correct english ; here is how it goes . Yes ROBERTO did do the crime , but 30 YEARS is to long for someone to sit in a dirty jail . Like it has been stated before, people who have murdered someome only serve a five to ten year sentence of jail time ; while drug dealer's suffer pretty much a lifetime . Please tell me why this is so ??? Can anyone answer that ? NO,because the system is all twisted and messed up ! He has friends and families that love and misses him but because of 30 YEARS he will not be able to enjoy life with them . YES, he was one of the many drug dealer's that you all have pulled off the street's but take a deeper look ! Even police officers , teacher's, lawyers, etc are even dealing drugs . now tell me will they be locked up ? I totoally understand the concept of making an example out of someone, but that does not go for everyone. As TARA said "FREE BERTO".
p.s I am a 16 year old that attends petersburg high school and I can fully understand what's going on, and I'm very upset !.
Correct english? Would that not be correct English? This is the best petersburg schools have to offer?

A drug dealer is not hard to catch or hard to convict as murderers are.You can find a drug-dealer out in the open, but most murderers are hiding or on the run.The cops give you the rules to the game and it's your choice if you want to play by them or not, so don't get mad when the game sometimes get twisted. Again he did have a choice

I agree that people sometimes get less time for murdering, but there are certain guidlines for muderers than drugdealer. If you don't like it,do something about it! Get out and vote.Make a change, make a differance. The Hunter shooting, they may say accident or mental condition, but when you sale drugs for years,oh you know what your doing, that's not an accident, that's a choice. It's part of the game and he knew the out-come if he got cought. Let him be a man and just give back(by doing his time) to the family's and people he did kill with those drugs

Did anybody catch the fact that this POS Roberto is a "CAREER" offender and felon at the age of 26? A felon with firearms no less. There is no rehabbing this POS so get him off the street before he kills someone. He doesn't care about your life much less his own so why should anybody else worry about this piece of human debris? Lock his punk a$$ up forever... I could care less.

the problem is our african american brothers need to educate themselves, they choose to get out in the streets and make the quick dollar(and dont get me wrong im not judging) but they need to understand it comes with consquences and thats the problem. u cant be breaking the law and then execept the law to defend u when u do wrong.. they r alot of free money out there that they could use to go to school or find a trade,..being in the streets comes with alot of rules and regulations so first educate urself and then u might think twice about what career choice u make.. i honestly feel the family pain, but instead of using that money he was making to buy clothes and cars, he should have been saving for when this day came, because the streets have (2) choices jail or murdered so its ur faith so u choose which path u want to take....

R u kidding me...the Guy was a repeat offender, prior felon with previous gun charges on federal probation and false identify to a policeman. It is what it is.....furthermore crime and time go hand an hand. Do more research because if you had a clue you would know how much time a federal offense carries. On top of prior an current charges. He has been doing crime before you were born. WOW.. This is the correct spelling for TOTALLY. Got it ...good. You can be his pin pal. Lol

Eff Berto. His friends and family are on here so mad about him being locked up unfairly, but never thinking about anyone else or their family's who his behavior has destroyed. How many lives have been ruined or taken buy the drugs he sold? How many kids have ruined any chance of having a decent future? How many robberies and thefts were committed by the junkies to get money to pay for those drugs? By taking this POS off the street it makes things just a little bit better for the rest of us. He is nothing but a lazy, greedy leech willing to harm anyone stupid enough to buy the poison from him. His crime is right up there with murder and rape in my book. It's just slower and less visible.

Daily Horoscope for June 17

Virgo

You'll really enjoy the company of people who make you think today, especially if they can keep you entertained and amused at the same time. You aren't in the market for anyone who's too set in their ways or who thinks like a robot. You want lively, intellectual conversation and the chance to give your brain some exercise, and a vapid conversation about last night's TV isn't going to do it for you.
