Girl critical after water rescue in Warwick

A 14-year-old girl was hospitalized in critical condition Monday after she and two other people were swept away from shore by a strong current at Conimicut Point, and were rescued by boaters and bystanders.

I was there at the time the rescue took place..That was very brave of her to do what she did. Also all the fire department and not good semeritans but Great semeritans did a wonderfull job.
My heart goes out to all the family members..
