Should the amish clean up after their horses?

A long time ago the amish use to carry buckets to clean up thier horse drppings. What happened? They have a law you must clean up after your dog so its more than right to expect the amish to clean up after their horse.

Do you know what composes the majority of road side waste? Cigarette butts. Non-biodgradeable filters. By my house people have discared washing machines, car tires and poached deer carcasses. A little "hay dumpling" is the least of our problems. Don't be hating on my people!!!
