I went to the Grant Township Supervisor of Assesments office for some information. I was treated as if I was wasting their time. I did not get my question answered, instead I was advised to go to Danville, that they could help me there. First, if I had wanted to make the trip to Danville, I would have gone there. Second, it is your job to assist. I am paying your salary!!!!!

Later, I found out that at the time I was there. Our elected official was playing games on Facebook and apparently I interrupted the game. I have been told that this is a daily routine, to sit in there play games, post on Facebook and shop online. Talk about a waste. Must be nice you play games and the people you are suppose to help pay you for it.

I know everyone has their own opinion thats why Im putting this. I have dealt with the Assessors office on several occasions and they are always so very friendly and extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience there! Keep up the good work!

I have never had a problem with Grant Township offices. I go in every year with my freeze paper and get the same friendly service every time.
