No doctor will help us in Canada. Neurosurgeons have saved our lives in New York

We left Canada because Charlyne my daughter almost died in September and no doctor will help her, my son or myself. We have spinal cord and brain condition which is genetic and the only place it can be treated is by Dr. Milhorat and Dr. Bolognese at the Chiari Institute on Long Island at Northshore University Hospital.
We have flown down 7 times layed out over 1/2 million dollars and they did surgery for charity? Why are they helping us. They are no longer because we are in Canada and neurosurgeons will help us there? They cannot treat us by e-mail. We are down here and are scared to be in Canada. After physical, mental abuse in every manner including them trying to stop life saving surgery after they made a mistake and then putting the kids in a physch ward after she had major brain surgery?
Doctors do not get suied in Canada and our good doctors go to the states and we get doctors who have problems from the states coming to canada which was the one who caused the most problems. He put down the neurosurgeons in New York acting arrogant. We cannot tell the true story for the media in Canada. Including changing our website stating that we are dying in Canada.
The government health act states that we are not to pay out of pocket for the best health care why would one province pay out of country and not for the same for another. The federal government refuses to help us. No doctor will see us and all they do is medicate us.
We are scared staying in Canada and my daughter needs medical attention immediately and we do not know what to do? We need help and are scared because they have refused to hear from us thinking that they cannot treat us by e-mail. Now we are here and we want to stay. Please the health care system in Canada if they make a mistake the government is only liable for $75,000 so they are putting a value to our lives?! Dr. Milhorat and Dr. Bolognese have done so much for us and we trust them and they are the only doctors that we believe could help us with there experience and technology and there knowledge of our individual cases. As usual we cam down for surgery and then jumped back on the plane back to Canada and if we had complications they were not there to help us. Because of what transpired by the Canadian Doctors we need more care and have damage requiring the expertise of them. We want to be close so they can help us if they will. Will you please help us Dr. Milhorat, Dr. Bolognese, Dr. Kula who caught me having a seizure at the foot of my daughters bed. They got me out of a wheelchair and saved my life. They saved Charlyne every time and now she needs their help again.
The doctors in Canada instead of learning from Dr. Milhorat who redefined the condition laugh and treat us worse for going to New York. Stating that nothing more can be done when they do not even take the time to communicate with the doctors.
It should be about saving lives and improving lives. We need so much medical attention and the damages that we need major makeovers because of all the abuse our bodies have taken. Right now I am asking for help. My daughter is not well and we are all on major medications which can only last solong.
