I love Earl Blumenauer right down to his little bow tie. Earl has consistently spoke out for working Americans and will continue to be a passionate voice for Oregon!

Delia Lopez gets my vote. Earl supports Obamacare and massive government growth and spending. If Earl is fighting for the middle class, then why is Unemployment rising with the debt? Vote this SOCIALIST out!

Sometimes the best man for the job is a woman, which is why I voted for Delia Lopez. Earl Blumenauer stepped into the vacuum when Ron Wyden became a senator. He confuses the strong showing he gets from the votes by the fact that the Republicans never offer a decent candidate, if at all, and he has name recognition. His record in Congress is not noteworthy, and now it is painfully obvious that he just rubberstamps the Pelosi agenda to carry water for Obama. He voted for TARP, the misnamed stimulus, Cash for Clunkers, Healthcare, but the absolutely worst vote was for Cap and Trade. Its bad enough that Clinton's Nafta plan send jobs fleeing Oregon and the US, but Blumenauer wants an energy tax to kill more Oregon jobs. Oregon has an official 10% unemployment, but its more like 15% if you include everyone that has been so discouraged that they no longer look for a job. Blumenauer just urinates on your shoes and tells you its just rain, and to go ride your bicycle. We need Delia Lopez, now more than ever.

How is our Oregon government stimulating JOB GROWTH in the private sector? "THEIR" partial solution was a SALES TAX on BUSINESSES!! And as soon as the Good Old Boys are voted back in, it will be MORE of the SAME!!

The TRUE solution is pretty simple. You can read it about it here:

Hard choices: Little talk of new taxes or new revenue
Published: Sunday, September 26, 2010
The question of tax increases came up late last week when former Govs. Barbara Roberts and Vic Atiyeh shared a stage with Kulongoski at a breakfast discussion sponsored by the Portland Business Journal.

Atiyeh, the last Republican to hold the office, reeled off a list of possibilities: Higher income taxes, again? Not gonna happen, he said. Higher property taxes? Nope. Sales tax? Rrrrright.

"So how can you raise money?" he said. "You can raise money by making it possible for companies to establish, grow and create jobs so people are there to pay taxes. That's where your money comes from."

The comment was met by loud applause.

Yes folks, TAX REVENUE comes from JOBS. So WHY doesn't our wise and all-knowing Oregon government 'Get It'? Stimulate REAL JOBS in Oregon and REDUCE GOVERNMENT SPENDING and you will solve the budget shortfall in our State.
