My niece got a 45-day eviction notice just last night. The landlord apparently gave her parking space to another tenant after four years. and she argued about it. I don't know the entire story as of yet, but this should be entertaining, to say the least. Bottom line, I'm betting the landlord wins as she is, after all, the property owner and in the end has the final say, no matter what the tenants think.

Why zone ANY land if developers can just have it re-zoned and cement it over? Developers know land is zoned a certain way for a reason, and hire lawyers to get around it. Ag land should remain Ag land forever, just as it was intended. Once it is developed it is gone forever, can't these dickwads see that?
