Sounds like a social services issue. 17 year old living on the streets, a run-away.

Hold the parents liable and maybe they'll keep their idiot kids in line.

This Democrat mongo run state never holds the parents accountable for the idiot behavior of their dumb ass kids.

Fine them, jail them if they cant keep their kids in line and raise them to be normal decent law abiding citizens.

How do you know it was a local kid? It could be one of the many homeless mainland young men or women I am seeing frequently roaming our streets in Hawaii. I'll tell you one thing Hawaii compared to some mainland areas have nothing to complain about. Try Texas where young kids are killing bothr parents because they will not let them use the family car. Texas death row has 350 young kids ready to be executed. Try moving there.

Why would you care your not from Hawaii? You just the type of sick queer man that just loves to post a degrading Hawaii locals whining comment. I believe you scan the StarAdvertiser just so you can find material to do this. You show a sick pattern of doing this on a regular basis. Gets some help or move you sick putz.
