a ruling will be made tomorrow by the hboard of health to make moloka'i ranch keep the water services running for another 3 months while some time is given to maui county to take it over. this would give them september, october and november. and after that the struggle begins who will fix the system which has been neglected and sabotaged for a generation.
so watch for the news tomorrow!
