I made it to the second round but was told to wait for a call if we need you. So I guess I am out if there was a secret Sunday call and nobody called me? I am a blonde haired green eyed non-hawaiian who has lived in Hawaii for over 15 years, but at least I made it to the second round. Did anyone else get picked for the Sunday audition?

Congratulations getting to the second round!:) But yeah, the casting guys sent us upstairs for the Sunday's live audition, there was no call. Now whosever tape gets to the DOND producers and they pick, gets to be on the show. Now, we wait...

Did I mention that I saw about 40 people's names on the pre-finalists list? 2 sheets, with about 20 names on each.

They are holding an audition in RI on Saturday and my friends and I are going. What should I expect? PLEASE BE AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE!

You might want to research on the location of the audition, in Hawaii, the allowed time to start lining up was a midnight, we got there at 130am and we were already almost 600 people down the line. You may have more chances of going separately from your friends only because DOND might think you have a teaming agreement to split the winnings that could lead to animosity among your friends if you get picked, win money and you don’t decide to give them any. I saw a group of college kids get turned down at once! Be truthful about your story, no sad ones either because if you move on the final cuts, they will verify EVERYTHING. You shouldn’t dress like you came out of a bad cartoon, dress to impress, but don’t overdo it. You might want to think of something short and sweet to say that they’ll remember you by. Expect them to ask ANYTHING, just be quick with your tongue. Mainly, be enthusiastic and energetic!

I live in Indiana and I just came back from a casting call and made it to the round two. I saw the casting agent write something on the back of my application. I did not get asked to stay. Does anyone know if this is the end of the road, or is it possible I could get a call still? A couple of guys working with Deal or No Deal said I could still receive a call. Thanks

I have a taped audition coming up this tues, April 8th. What do they ask the supporters? How long did they say until you would probably get the call? Will you get a call either way or only if they want you? DSid they tell you how many people they were interested in taking from your casting call? How many DOND reps are around your taping??(a panel, just one, a rotation...) SORRY FOR ALL THE Q's, just looking for some feedback...I would appreciate it! GOOD LUCK to you and I hope you get that call soon, or maybe have already!!!!!!

Hey, I'm a rhode islander. Just finished a taped audition...thought it went really well. Lot's of laughing and energy in the room. Hopefully will get a call....anyone on this site have any ideas about timelines. I know that they tell you up to a year but I think that might be a little bit of BS. After all, at the open casting call they said it could be up to 6 months and they called within a few hours.

Alice- How would you know they don't pick you? I went to the taped auditions also, and EVERYBODY there played the mock game. They have to pick someone...

I did not get the Yes/No card, but I heard that was given to people that didn't win the big amounts on the board. Just to those that took whatever "deal" that they gave. I won the million, and we were all going nuts. I heard the Yes/No was to see the others go nuts too. I auditioned in SLC. Lots of people there. What do you know? I only auditioned a week ago 4/15. My interviewed was a super nice Brunette guy. Young. I can't remember his name, but it was the same guy who sent me through to the taped auditions.

I was one of the people who got the yes or no card. Your prob right because I only won $10.00 during the game. I was sent to the taped audition by a woman and then a man actually did my taped interview. My audition was on 4/15 also, but in Pitts. Well good luck. How soon did they say they would call? They said they only picked 40 people out of 6000 to audition. I hope they call.

Good luck to you too DOND! How long was your taped interview for? Then, how long did your mock game last? My interview was probably 15 minutes, and the game maybe another 10. They told me a week to a year. I figure that our interview couldn't have gone any better, so they either liked us or they didn't. They picked about 100 out of 25000 that showed up to the audition. How long did you have to wait for the first audition? Do you have, how do I put this nicely, a sob story? Most of the people I auditioned around got cut if they did. So I wonder what they are really looking for. Another girl at my work also made it to the taped audition, so I am keeping tabs on her to see if they call. I could really use the money (like everyone else :)!). I need a vacation!!!

My husband said I was taping for 20 min. The guy who taped me has been there for years because I read comments from 2006 where people wrote about him and he was in the paper with a write up as the casting director. So I feel like if he liked me I’m probably good to go. I have no sob story. I’m average. I have a very up beat personality, cute and not young but not old.(27) They must have liked something about me. We then played the game for another 10 min. or so. I did play the y or n card. I’m 5ft tall and my husband is 6’3 so when we picked the yes card he picked me up and I would have to say that sealed the deal. I feel pretty good about it. I think they will call. I’m saying around June. Hang in there if your interview went good we’ll prob tape together in LA. How nice. I waited in Pitts 8 hours outside and 35 more min inside the mall before my first interview. Well I hope you get your vacation. I leave for Vegas Tuesday. How old are you? If you don't mind me asking. I have kept contact with another woman from Pitts who is keeping me posted as well. Keep in touch. Hope one of us hear something soon.
