I use eBay all the time for purchases that are straightforward (auto parts, reel parts, sinkers, lures, collectable books, office supplies, etc.).

I even bought two trucks for my company at one point.

The only problem I ever had was buying a mandolin (never EVER buy musical instruments off eBay!).

Otherwise, I like eBay a lot, and will continue to be a faithful eBayer!

But let me know if there is some kind of class action. I'm happy to bring the mandolin to court as evidence!

eBay just takes your money and is very unfair once you realize how they dupe and trcik you.
They should help you to get away from them clean.
They set you up to lose moeny and trap you in contracts that do not assist you in getting away from them.
The DSR's are the worst form of rip off ever.
They convince the buyer that you are the crook.
They are the crooks. They jack up your fee's anyway they can. Then the ask 5 bullshit DSR questions that are very unfair especially if you ship fragile items.
They let overseas customers ruin your business by leaving you low DSR's then will not let you know who they are even though you know who they are and they rip you off and screw your ratings illegally you can not do anything about it.
Then you can not back out of your contract with them.
It is way too confusing and this treachary is related also to folks who have disabilities and this should be outlawed as criminal.
Someone please go after these felons...please for all of us honest folks who are getting screwed...

The Feds recently began investigating ebay's Bill Me Later. One can Google the news articles.
