Lisa Otsuka aka Katy Huang...alias Allied General Services....How long will the victims be silent and not united...I believe if everyone would get together we could rid Oahu of her. dont let her hurt anymore of our Ohana.. does anyone here have an experience here besides me that makes them want to get a lawyer but cant afford to on their own. I see people claiming all kinds of fraud and ill treatment, and theft here at the hands of the former Miss Maui..(before her title was stripped for you guessed it ..fraud).. Google her name online... how does she get away with this? Lets get her off the streets ...If you will respond I will contact you by email etc. Mahalo for reading.
I sure hope someone will give me an address to serve her at and if not perhaps you could just tell me anything you can about her... Mahalo

Below FYI...these are from her autobiography of herself on google in which she tries to portray it as an unbiased news article written about herself. I called the Baptist Church and they are afraid to even comment about her... for the record they will just say she is no longer connected with the church in ANY way! These statements characterize the exaggeration she uses whwn stting up a victim!!

Lisa Otsuka
Business Administrator and Controller of Halawa Heights Baptist Church: directly responsible for overseeing the current $6-million construction and renovation project; created the Family Assistance and Community Outreach Project; created the Family Fun and Community Craft Fair events; administrates in direct service to Pastor Larry Kelley, the church council, and the church Membership; works a minimum of 60 hours per week on a flextime schedule primarily from home in order to home-school her children while meeting the demands of her job.

Recently named as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Autism Intervention Matters Hawaii (AIM Hawaii), a not for profit founded to provide services to children and families with Autism (scheduled for grand opening during 2011).

Founded the Grantsmanship Volunteers' Center (TGVC) in 2007 to provide free grant writing, consultancy, and training to non-profits and the volunteers serving non-profits; has helped more than 30 TGVC non-profit clients in under 3 years.

Has been recognized for service to the community throughout 25+ years of volunteerism: the State of Hawaii Governor's Award for Outstanding Public Service, the Rotary Club Award for Community Service, the Maui Association for Retarded Volunteer Award, the American Heart Association Award for Outstanding Leadership and Support... and many others.

Volunteers a minimum of 20 hours per week in our community; has been a Meals on Wheels volunteer, delivering meals to the needy, since 1988.

Is hearing impaired (comfort level of hearing requires 100 decibels louder than a fully hearing person) due to degenerative-hereditary hearing loss; will probably be completely deaf within a decade or two and the whole family and close friends are all learning American Sign Language.

1st business owned was a public accounting firm which specialized in eliminating the role of the office manager for small businesses (during a time when the term "outsourcing" had not yet been coined); learned full-charge bookkeeping and auditing by 10 years of age through family businesses; attended UH Manoa as a 15-year-old after earning a scholarship by winning the State of Hawaii High School Science Fair competition.

Received training in paraplegia care from Rehab Hospital of the Pacific during the late 1980s when my best friend suffered paralysis because of a spinal cord injury.

When I'm gone, I hope people will say that they saw the Love of God in me, that God provided for me to be a blessing to others, and that our home was a place where everyone felt welcome and cared for.
