Two wrongs doesn't equal a right! Opinons by his supporters should not minimize the criminal acts.'You do the crime and thus will have to do the time'. Finally, when will we realize that for every action, there are consequences?

Kratzke is either a complete idiot oblivious to the facts or has lied under oath for knowing that Davis is dangerous.

Let's save the taxpayers some money here folks. Get a rope and a strong, tall tree to leave him hanging in the wind.
Ever notice that the so called 'family' of these types are always crying and saying what a 'good kid' the perp is but NEVER apologizing or accepting responsibility for raising the human trash that cause harm to others?

Not to worry citizens of Oahu! Knowing our judicial system and its propensity to "slap the wrist," this person will be back on the streets before the paperwork can be filed away. And if perchance our judicial system functions as it supposed to, then our illustrous Parolling Authority will probably set his minimum term at 1 year.

Just wondering if Mr. Kratzke and all Mr. Davis' friends would have been so supporting if it had been they who attacked.

If the friends know he was smoking drugs with LSD, then they must also know who spiked it and who gave it to the attacker. But I've seen no report of where anyone gave a sworn statement to police so that an arrest can be made, so it must be all a made up story. Not that it matters, he still did the crime.

"Kratzke, who said he had been promoting Davis as a rap artist and a positive role model for kids in public housing."

What kind of positive role model smokes marijuana, especially for kids in public housing?

Davis might be a nice guy and all but in the end it comes down to the choices we make. He chose to smoke the dope, with no regard of the consequences. so now he must pay.

The nice guys I know don't slice people up. Are there ANY criminal trials in Hawaii now that DON'T use the "I was high at the time," defense?

There is no such a thing as a rap "artist". That means he did not work and was on welfare. A real role model for kids in public housing!

Mr Davis has been our naturist rap club president for the last three months, we like sitting in trees nude, it gives us rap-port with nature, we are a very normal sane group of talented rap artists waiting for our big chance, if our "music" doesn't get you our leader will.

Yeah this will go a long way to promote him as a positive role model. Where is his father when all of this is going down? He needs a good okole kick.
