The fund raiser turned out to be a little fund raiser. Not more than 22 people showed up and none stayed very long. Looks like Turner is having some problems.

There were more than 22 people there and he is not having problems. Dream on. He will win with no problem.

When pigs fly....! Dream on. He might have a chance if his man Obama can carry him, but things aren't looking too good for Obama around here.

That's what most people will do in the district. I realize Obama is not the favorite in this area, but Turner will prevail, not because of Obama but in spite of him.

Split ticket is good for Republicans. Not going to help Turner. Put a fork in him.

Not according to the people I have talked to. Most are not supporting Turner. Lots of Democratic defectors in that race.

Well, as the poster said, Bob, hide and watch. We know why you are disgruntled. Your silly, childish posts won't make any difference to the voters. This is his hometown and he has many friends here -- in both parties. Many of his Republican friends are working for him to help him get elected. Go on back to Paris because you are wasting your time over here in Fannin County. You witnessed what happened in the primary and runoff. It will happen again.
VOTE TURNER FOR 6TH DISTRICT JUDGE!

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree because I say just the opposite. Most voters I have talked to are supporting Turner and say that he is doing great in Fannin County. Sorry to hear you will be wasting your vote.

Clifford was down in Honey Grove last night and was really supportive of the Chamber of Commerce. We went for the music and we were impressed with how supportive Mr. Clifford was of Honey Grove and how he visited with everyone there. Did not see Mr. Turner. If he was there, he must have left early.

I was there, too, and I saw Mr. and Mrs. Turner and some of their friends friends. They left around 7:30 because they had another event to go to in Paris. Mr. Turner was also supportive of the Chamber of Commerce. I know he spent quite a bit of money there and also donated some door prizes.

I spoke with Turner today at length and I am more convinced than I was before that he is the better candidate for judge. Hope Fannin County will support their favorite son.

I think Clifford has the best education and the most experience, plus he is very friendly and honest and will be a very fair and able judge. He is very public spirited and has contributed a lot to the community. He is gaining a lot of support and I think he will win.

Turner has tried over 300 jury trials to a conclusion plus thousands of cases to the judge. How many has Clifford tried? What experience? Ask attorneys and/or judges if they EVER see him in the courtroom -- now or in the past. What experience are you talking about? Taking care of the family fortune is not experience to be a judge. Tell us what experience he actually has that qualifies him to be an effective district judge. Please, just tell us. Vote Turner!
