I think that the continuing charging of Zaquary Bell is really stupid reason. Noone know the true story behind what happened up in Whitemills. His grandma was a harsh woman to Zaq and his girlfriend and their daughter. She kicked them out with no money, and no food. I figured he was only took that firearm to go pawn it off to get his family back to new mexico or a place to live with their daughter until they could get back there. Zaquary may have done wrong by taking his grandma's firearm, but i think everyone needs to look at the reason why he stole the weapon in the first place. They stated there was no clips to the weapon, so how could it be used to intent harm on someone? And on top of it, his grandmother dropped the charges, so why should the state of PA (White mills) pick up these charges and punish him without knowning everything. Much more into consideration, when they wouldnt even arrest the grandmother of battery or assualt after she attacked mr. bell's girlfriend. Now tell me how is that justice.

Thanks Ashley S. for understanding why he stole the weapon in the first place It was hard to not have any money or food for my child. Luckily, there was a church that funded us a motel to stay for 2 nights, they provided us with food, and they even funded me enough money to get to Pittsburgh to get my mom to help take me home to New Mexico, or my child and I were going to go to a homeless shelter. The officer stated that they could not arrest her because they did not see it, there were no marks on me. The reason that Zaq did not attack her or the reason i did not attack her was because i did not want to go to jail, because that is exactly what wouldve happened. And what would have happened to our child? They would have placed her in state custody and we did not need that. It was bad enough that Zaq got taken from us, we both did not need to go to jail and lose our precious child. I was devastated when they took my daughters dad, i cried the entire way back to New Mexico. I came from New Mexico, my family was down here and the only reason she dropped the charges against Zaq was because we had split up. How messed up is that? But hey life goes on, and what goes around comes around cause Karma is not nice. For Louie, i am disappointed to hear that you would hit an elderly woman. I didnt hit her because im better than that, and it just goes to show how the judicial system treats the younger group, and how they let elderly get away with anything.
