Oh, great.[throws hands up in disgust] Now it's all over everything!

cat poop in another neighbors mulch all the time. My flower garden smells like a litter box at times. I don't own a cat! I don't even like cats! I wish this one would disappear (but I'm not cruel enought to hurt an animal). It ticks me off that one uses my flower beds for a litter box. Is there something I can put around that will keep cats away but not harm them?

Rainbow Lane sidewalks have been dog poop free since somebody speeding in a yellow Mustang hit and killed a dog over there.

A tragic end to a really messy situation.

You would think so, but folks just let it sit there, attracting flies, in the hot summer sun. Neighborhood kids were riding their scooters through it. It wasn't a pretty sight and God forbid if you happened to be down wind.

But, as I mentioned in a previous post, a kid speeding down Rainbow Lane in a yellow Mustang inadvertently solved the problem.
