92-acre Honeoye Falls site ready for development

Developement???? How about filling some the empty buildings first. It's a ghost town and since when is Honeoye Falls "business friendly" Lets see some noise on this comment lol.

Honeoye Falls needs light manufacturing business to generate tax dollars and traffic in town. The only way you will fill those empty store fronts downtown is to give those potential businesses someone to use them. Question, what type of businesses do we need in those empty buildings? We have enough lawyers, bars, restaurants, hair salons & insurance agencies. All of the pizza places the coffee shop & restaurants in town seem to be struggling to have any kind of lunch business. Other than light industrial developing on main street or in the old Star Headlight building what else can we attract after having chased 2 car dealerships away.
